激光工程化净成形同轴送粉的研究

【摘要】 激光工程化净成形技术是近年来在传统快速成形技术基础上引入激光熔覆技术而创造的一种新的快速成形技术。与选择性激光烧结工艺不同 ,激光工程化净成形工艺不需要浸渗、热等静压等复杂后处理工序即可快速获得致密度和强度均较高的金属功能零件。介绍激光工程化净成形工艺系统的组成 ,着重介绍同轴送粉器的组成和工作原理 ,试验分析粉末流量与步进电机转速之间的关系

【Abstract】 Laser Engineered Net Shaping (LENS) is a new kind of rapid prototyping technology developed in recent years, which introduces laser cladding technology on the basis of the traditional rapid prototyping. Different from Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), LENS can rapidly forming the metal function parts, whose density and intensity are higher without the complicated after-treatment processes such as infiltration and hot iso-static pressing and so on. The composition of the LENS system is introduced. The composition and the principle of operation of the coaxial powder-feed equipment are mainly introduced. The relationship of the powder flux and the rotate speed of the stepping motor is tested.
