【Abstract】 It is more and more common for college students to work through study, so is the infringement of lawful right to work. The paper points out the nature of work through study, and regards that work through study can constitute the contract of labor in labor law and the contract of employmeat in civil law, and proposes corresponding protection measures.更多还原
