上市公司财务危机预警模型指标体系的构建
The establishment of financing crisis forecasting model index system of listed companies
【摘要】 文章在借鉴国内外相关理论的基础上,系统论述了在构建我国上市公司的财务危机预警模型时, 对指标体系的选择过程,为进一步建立完整的预警模型奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Based on the theories home and abroad, this paper discusses systematically the process of choosing index system while establishing the financing crisis forcasting model of the listed companies in China. It will set up further the base of building integrated crisis forcasting model.
