企业并购的动因分析
Analysis of merging of enterprises
【摘要】 分析了在竞争的市场经济条件下企业并购的经济动因、及其存在发展客观性,并对目前我国企业并购操作中需要改进的一些关键问题提出警示。
【Abstract】 This thesis sums up and analyzes the economic driver and its existing and developing objectivity of enterprise merging in the market environment of the competition.And it also proposes some warnings about the key problems that need to be improved in the operation of our enterprise merging.
