【Abstract】 With the scale-enlarging of graduate students, the graduate student’s employment situation becomes more and more severe. Apart from the influence from the local government, the trend of eagerness for quick success and the decline of moral quality from the graduates brings a new challenge for the cultivation of graduates in higher schools. Combined with practical work, this paper discusses how to enhance the graduates’ ideological and political education and careers guidance and widen the employment channel.更多还原
