纳米精度光学非球面研磨、抛光技术
Grinding and Polishing Technology for High Accuracy Aspheric Surface
【摘要】 介绍了高精度光学非球面的研磨、抛光技术与计算机控制水平、机械设计能力等相关领域的发展。
【Abstract】 The grinding and polishing technology for large-aperture high-accuracy aspheric surface is introduced, such as stress polishing,magnetic variation polishing, ion beam polishing and six-axis linkage polishing, which is directly related to the development of relative research area such as control level and mechanical design ability.
