【摘要】 目的:寻找新的菌种提高利福霉素B的发酵水平。方法:对菌株 AmediterraneiXCl—02进行筛选、诱变,获得新的菌株。结果:获得高产菌株 AmediterraneiXC9—25,生产能力较原始出发菌株 AmediterraneiXCl—02提高1.385倍,效价达到10000u/ml。结论:通过工业方法产生菌株,并对其进行筛选变种是提高利福霉素 B 生产能力的有效途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective is to look for new strain to increase the level of Rifamycin B fermenta- tion.The method is to get the new strain from the selection and mutation of strain Amediter- raneiXC1—02.The result is to get productive strain of AmediterraneiXC9—25 that has 1.385 times production than the old strain of AmediterraneiXC1—02.and its potency is 10000u/ml.The conclusion is that it’s the effective method to improve the production of Rifamycin B by industrial method to select and mutate the strain.更多还原
