【摘要】 目的:以 HPLC 外标法同时测定注射用头孢拉定中头孢拉定、精氨酸和杂质头孢氨苄的含量。方法:采用 ODS-3柱,乙腈-醋酸盐缓冲液(12:88)为流动相,检测波长200nm。结果:该法能较好的分离被测组分和有关杂质,被测组分的线性关系良好,回收率满意。结论:该法专属性好,快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The estabishment of a quantitive HPLC determination method for cephradinc and arginine was reported.Method:The ODS-3 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-acetate buffer solution(12:88).Deterction was at 200nm.Result:7-AD- CA cyclohexa-1,4-dienylglycine and cephalexin had no influence on the assay of the components Conclusion:Cephradine and arginine could be assayed accurately.更多还原
