【摘要】 目的:选择不同氮素对头孢菌素 C 发酵的影响。方法:在相同的工艺条件下,用不同的氮素代替玉米浆,改变配比寻找最佳方案。结果:只有生物氮素能够满足条件,进行部分替代。结论:通过生物氮素在头孢菌素 C 发酵生产上的替代,能够大幅度提高发酵单位,降低成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to choice different N by influencing the fermention of Cephlosprin C. Method:at the same condition,we use different N to be replacement of maize plasm and change the matching to find the best project.Result:only the Biologic N can meet the requirement to replace a- part.Conclusion:through the replacement at the fermentation of Cephalosprin C,we can reduced the cost and rise the fermentation unit.更多还原
