【摘要】 目的:通过对温度监控的具体研究,达到培养浮游菌的最佳温度。以其更有利于生产。方法:以水为溶剂,将培养基制成后,置于恒温箱中,培养,观察。结果:经一系列的实验中证明,在34+1℃的条件下,菌落生长最为良好。结论:在34+1℃下培养,菌落能完全生长,有利于观察,有利于生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the specific research of controlling the temperature,we got the best temperature of nourishing plankton bacterium,it’s better for production.Method:Take water as dissolvent,make the culture medium,put it into constant temperature oven,nourish and obser- vation.Result:After several experiments,colony can grow better at the condition of 34+1.Con- clusion:At 34+1,colony can grow completely,better for observation and production.更多还原
