【摘要】 目的:提高胶囊剂溶出度,从而提高该产品质量。方法:通过实验,研究各种参数对胶囊剂溶出度的影响,选择出最佳工艺条件,如改进处方、控制粒度、控制压力等工艺参数,用于指导大型生产,提高胶囊剂溶出度。结论:经大量生产实践,实验获得的工艺条件是最佳的溶出度控制条件,达到了提高溶出度的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Advance the solubility of capsule,so advance its quality.Methods:In lab,we studied the different parameters which influenced the solubility of capsule,and we selected a optimized process for instructing plant produce.For example,modified formula or control grain and pressure.Results:After it was practiced in plant level,the ultimate process conditions could attain the intertion of optimized solubility,attain the object of advancing the solubility of capsule.
