【摘要】 目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定锦灯笼口服液中木犀草素含量的方法。方法:HPLC法,采用 Kromasn C₁₈柱为分析柱,流动相为甲醇:水（56:44）,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为349nm。结果:木犀草素在0.02～0.10μg 之间呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为99.13％,RSD=1.82％。结论“该实验方法简便、可靠、灵敏、易行,可作为该制剂的质控方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective.To develop a HPLC method for determining luteolin Liquid.Methods: The determination was carried on HPLC using Kromasil C₁₈ column,Methanol—water（56:44）as mobile phase with a flow rate 1.0mL/min and detection wavelength at 349nm.Results:The cali- bration curve showed good lirearity over the range of 0.02～0.10μg（r=0.9999）,the average re- covery was 99.13%,RSD=1.82%.Conclusion:This method is simple,reproducible,sensi- tive,and can be one of the method to prove the quality of this medicine.更多还原
