淮河淮南段水的遗传毒性
The Genotoxicity Research of Huainan Reach Water of the Huaihe River
【摘要】 目的研究淮河淮南段水的遗传毒性。方法于2002年春、夏、秋、冬季采集淮河淮南段上、中、下游水样,以蚕豆根尖细胞微核实验和小鼠精子畸形实验检测其遗传毒性。结果不同季节淮河水蚕豆根尖细胞微核率和小鼠精子畸形率均依次为:冬季>春季>秋季>夏季,均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);上、中、下游采样点水样蚕豆根尖细胞微核率依次为下游>中游>上游。结论淮河淮南段水具有遗传毒性,应加强水体监测和污染治理。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the genotoxicity of the Huainan reach water of the Huaihe river for evaluating the water quality and preventing the water pollution. Methods Sampled the water in the upper, middle, lower reach of Huainan reach water of the Huaihe river in the different seasons, and tested genotoxicity of water samples through micronucleus tests of root-tip of cells Vicia faba seeds and deformity tests of mice’s sperms. Results The rates of micronucleus and deformity of the water sampled in different seasons ranked as follows: winter > spring > autumn > summer and all of them were higher than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The rates of micronucleus of the water samples collected in different reaches ranked as follows: lower > middle > upper and they were all higher compared with the control (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The water of Huainan reach water in the Huaihe river has been contaminated by some genotoxic substances, so we should strengthen the water quality monitoring of the river and pay more attention to the control and management of contamination.
