硝酸盐污染含水层修复的微生物方法实验研究
Experimental study on remediation of nitrate polluted aquifer by microorganism
【摘要】 通过分离、培养和驯化得到的反硝化细菌进行了2种实验:一是静态脱氮反应实验;一是模拟含水层中的脱氮反应实验.结果表明:选用的细菌在pH为6.5~8.0,碳氮比(C∶N)大于6∶1,温度在20℃,和低溶解氧的条件下,静态实验脱氮率可达98%,在模拟含水层中脱氮率最大为56%.对这种脱氮效率的差异性及其规律进行了理论分析.同时,对实施含水层氮污染微生物修复中的问题进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 By isolation, culture and domestication,a denitrifier has been obtained. Two types of experiments have been carried out with this denitrifier: a static denitrifiaction experiment and a denitrification experiment in the modeling aquifer. The results showed that 98% nitrate was removed in the static experiment and 56% nitrate was removed in the modeling aquifer when pH at 6.5~8.0, C/N at about 6∶1, temperature at 20℃, and low dissolved oxygen. The differences in nitrate removal efficiency was anlyzed and the mechanism of denitrification was ilucidated. Also, problems have been discussed regarding to aquifer remediation using microorganism.
