加压溶气气浮法处理矿井水中悬浮物的研究

【摘要】 对加压溶气气浮法处理矿井水中悬浮物的处理效果进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,当悬浮物浓度小于500mg L时,反应时间为6-8min,溶气压力为0.30MPa,回流比为10-15%,分离负荷为5-7m3 m2·h,投加0.1-0.3mg L的表面添加剂后,处理后的水质可满足工业回用水要求。该工艺去除效率高,运行管理方便,占地少,投资省,投药量少,是一种经济实用可行的处理工艺。

【Abstract】 It has been studied to treat SS (suspended solid) in coal mine drainage with pressurized dissolved-air flotation. The results are as follows: if SS is less than 500mg/L, reaction time is 6 to-8 min, dissolved -air pressure is (0.30MPa), recalculation ratio is 10% to 15%, separating load is 5-7m~3/m~2·h, dosage of surface addition agent is (0.1)-0.3mg/L, then, the water quality after treatment can meet requirement of industrial reticulation water. This process had high removal efficiency, convenient operation management, less land area, low investment, and less dosage. It is a economic, practical and feasible treatment process.
