【摘要】 首先介绍我国北方城市建筑节能的现状 ,然后指出我国北方城市在建筑节能推行方面存在的标准执行率低、法律法规不健全、管理办法滞后、节能市场不完善、公众意识淡薄等几个问题 ,并在最后提出一些解决方法与建议 ,如健全相关的法律法规、改善管理办法、完善节能市场以及通过宣传来提高公众意识等更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper firstly recommend the current situation of northern urban energy efficiency in building, then point out some problems such as the low carrying out rate of standard, the imperfect laws and regulations, the lagging behind management method, the imperfect market of energy efficiency in building, the faint public’s consciousness, etc. At last, this paper proposes some methods and advances aiming at solving these problems, such as perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, improving the management method, perfecting the market of energy efficiency in building and improving the public’s consciousness through propagating, etc.更多还原
