外加磁场对CO2焊飞溅的控制机理
Outside magnetic field control to spatter of CO2 arc welding
【摘要】 用纵向磁场控制CO2 气体保护焊飞溅 ,以低碳钢Q2 35为试验对象 ,在不同焊接工艺参数下进行了有、无外加纵向磁场的焊接对比试验 ,并且改变外加磁场的大小 ,测试了不同磁感应强度下的焊接飞溅率。探讨了外加纵向磁场控制焊接飞溅的机理。试验表明 ,在一定的焊接规范下 ,外加纵向磁场能有效地控制CO2 焊短路过渡中的焊接飞溅 ,获得较好的工艺效果 ;同时 ,存在一个最佳的磁场范围 ,在这个范围内 ,磁场对飞溅的控制效果较好
【Abstract】 Spatter experiments of CO2 arc welding with different pa-rameters arc conducted under the conditions of without magnetic field,with a longitudinal magnetic field. The experiment results show that thelongitudinal magnetic field could control the short-circuiting transfer spat-ter with in certain welding parametem and obtain good technologicaleffect. The good effect could be obtained in a certain longitudinal magnet-ic field scope. The causes are discussed ,and the section dimensions andthe formation of the welding seams are also investigated.
