非平衡等离子体处理气态污染物的研究进展
Research Development of Treating Gas Pollutants with Non- equilibrium Plasma
【摘要】 综述了国内外利用非平衡等离子体处理工业废气的研究进展,分别讨论了处理无机污染物和有机污染物所使用的等离子反应器的结构、反应条件及其反应机理,并提出了今后等离子体处理气态污染物的研究重点在于激励电源特性和反应器结构。
【Abstract】 Development of treating gas pollutants with non- equilibrium plasma at home and abroad was introduced. The construction, condition and mechanism of plasma reactor reaction controlling inorganic and organic pollutants were discussed respectively. The research key points of treating gas pollutants with plasma are character of power supply and structure of discharge reactor.
