活性污泥数学模型中异养菌产率系数的测定
Measurement of yield coefficient of heterotrophic biomass in activated sludge models
【摘要】 活性污泥数学模型常被用于预测污水处理厂中的生物过程。模型中异养菌产率系数 YH对其他组分的测定值有显著的影响。目前 ,测定 YH的主要方法有序批式活性污泥法和序批式呼吸计量法。在序批式呼吸计量法中 ,起始 F /M值的选择十分关键。以醋酸钠为底物 ,对这两种方法进行了分析比较 ,序批式呼吸计量法为文章的推荐方法
【Abstract】 Activated sludge models are often used to predict the behavior of biological wastewater treatment plants. Yield coefficient of heterotrophic biomass affects the value of other parameters in models. The mostly used methods to determine Y H are batch activated sludge method and batch respirometric method. It is important to choose an appropriate F/M ratio in batch respirometric method. In this paper, two methods are compared. The batch respirometric method is recommended.
