【Abstract】 Activated sludge models are often used to predict the behavior of biological wastewater treatment plants. Yield coefficient of heterotrophic biomass affects the value of other parameters in models. The mostly used methods to determine Y H are batch activated sludge method and batch respirometric method. It is important to choose an appropriate F/M ratio in batch respirometric method. In this paper, two methods are compared. The batch respirometric method is recommended.更多还原
