【Abstract】 A summary and analysis of main obstacles in the Forestry Eco-efficiency Financial Assistance Pilot Project of Zhejiang was given. Based on the Forestry Eco-efficiency Financial Assistance Pilot Project, it also proposed to explore and establish a Forestry Eco-efficient Compensation System, and try to form a new mechanism of "the beneficiary pays, the community benefit, central planned by the government and invested by the community", so as to ensure a reliable financial source which supports the forestry ecological construction.;更多还原
