固相萃取—气相色谱/质谱法测定水中多环芳烃

【摘要】 建立了固相萃取 -气相色谱 /质谱联用测定水中多环芳烃 (PAHs)的分析方法 ,优化了固相萃取条件。结果表明 ,固相萃取效率高、萃取时间短 ,采用 MS的选择离子检测方式对实际水样中 PAHs进行定性定量分析 ,平均回收率在 80 .4%~ 115 %之间 ,相对标准偏差为 7.0 3 %~ 18.5 % ,方法的检出限在 0 .0 10~ 0 .0 2 0 μg/ L 之间。通过实际样品中 PAHs的分析表明 ,该法快速 ,溶剂用量少 ,能满足痕量分析的要求

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in water sample using solid\|phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography\|mass spectrometry was developed. The optimum conditions for extraction were studied in detail. The extraction time was shorter while the extraction efficiency was higher. Using the SIM mode of the MS system, the qualification and quantification of PAHs could be done. The average recovery was among 80.4% to 115%, and relative standard deviation was 7.03% to 18.5%, and the detection limits ranged from 0.010 μg/L to 0.020 μg/L. The method was used for the determination of PAHs in real water sample. It is a rapid, efficient and solvent saving method.
