【摘要】 概述了烟碱乙酰胆碱受体显像化合物的研究现状,对存在的问题及今后的发展方向进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChRs) are involved in various pharmacological effects or disease states. In this paper, the progress of ligands for imaging nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nChRs) is reviewed with 34 references. Additionally, its situation, problems and prospect are discussed.
