新型内循环生物流化床处理豆制品废水研究

【摘要】 对采用射流曝气的新型内循环三相生物流化床处理豆制品废水进行了研究。结果表明 :间歇运行时 ,当循环水浓度在 30 0 0~ 4 0 0 0mg/L、循环流量在 10 0~ 2 0 0L/h之间 ,曝气量在 4 0~ 6 0L/h时 ,COD去除率可达到 95 %以上 ,去除容积负荷达到 10kg/m3 ·d以上 ;连续运行时 ,在进水流量 10 0L/h、COD <4 0 0mg/L时 ,出水COD可以达标

【Abstract】 The bean product wastewater treatment using new type of inner loop three phase fluidized bed reactor which applied aeration with an ejector was investigated. As intermittent orbit, the results show that the average COD removal rate was beyond 95% when the concentration of the circulation water was 3000~4000 mg/L around, and discharge of the circulation water was between 100~200 L/h, and the aeration strength was 40~60 L/h, the volumetric load could achieve 10 kg/m 3·d. As continuous orbit, the results show that the effluent COD concentration met with the national first class when the concentration of the circulation water was less than 400 mg/L, and discharge of the circulation water was 100 L/h.
