【Abstract】 The application and research development of biosensors in environmental monitoring are introduced in this paper. The mechanisms and detecting methods in environmental monitoring are analyzed about enzyme biosensors, microorganism biosensors, immunosensors and DNA biosensors. The dissertation for monitoring of pesticide, explosive and toxicant in the environment, BOD in water is made.
