【Abstract】 To detect smoke and oil of restaurant service industry in non-dispersive infrared spectrophotometry, using infrared spectrometer, in 2 930 cm^-1 . The blank value of filter cylinder was defined as that it can be used for detection only when its oil’s concentration was lower than 0.5 mg/L. This method was simple for operation, its relative standard deviation was 0.4%, had good accuracy. Its recovery rate plus standard sample was between 97% and 105%.更多还原
