掺铁TiO2对庚烷气相光催化活性的研究

【摘要】 以乙酰丙酮铁和钛酸四丁酯为前驱体 ,制备掺铁TiO2 复合光催化剂 ,以光催化降解正庚烷为反应模型 ,测定掺铁对TiO2 光催化剂的结构、光吸收和光催化活性的影响 .XRD的表征结果显示 ,焙烧温度升高 ,锐钛矿型TiO2 转化成金红石型 ,且在 70 0℃下有铁板钛矿生成 ;UV Vis的结果表明 ,TiO2 掺铁后增强了在可见光区的吸收 ,并且随着含铁量的增大 ,红移增大 ,提高了对可见光的利用率 .相同掺铁量 (Fe/Ti=0 0 7)下 ,5 0 0℃焙烧的光催化剂对庚烷的光催化降解活性最高 ,30 0℃次之 ,70 0℃最差 .相同焙烧温度下 ,掺铁量在 0 0 0 7— 0 0 7范围内 ,光催化活性随掺杂量的增大而下降

【Abstract】 In this paper,iron doped titania composite photocatalysts have been prepared using iron acetyl acetonate and titanium tetrabutoxide as precursors.The photocatalytic activities were measured with the photocatalytic degradation of heptane.The effects of doping content on the structure,absorption of light and photoactivity of iron doped titania were studied.The XRD patterns indicate that anatase TiO 2 transforms to rutile at elevated temperature,and pseudobrookite is formed at 700℃.The results of UV Vis spectra show that the iron doping enlarges the absorption band of visible light of TiO 2,and the higher the iron content,the larger the red shift,thus improving the usage of visible light.At the same doping content(Fe/Ti=0 07),the sample calcined at 500℃ shows higher photocatalytic degradation activity towards heptane than that calcined at 300℃ which exhibits greater activity than that calcined at 700℃.At the same calcination temperature,the photocatalytic activity decreases with the increase of doping content in the doping content range of 0 007—0 07.
