【Abstract】 The sewage’s BOD 5 was determined by an on line and auto monitoring instrument, which consisted of automatic sampler system, automatic diluting device, flow injection system and BOD 5 microbial sensor. The standard sample and quality control sample have been determined by this instrument, the results were of the good accuracy and the good precision. This instrument was erected at outlet of a sewage treatment plant, whose results were agreed well with those by standard method (BOD 5).更多还原
