【Abstract】 With the rapid development of higher education of our country, it is very important for all newly level-upgraded local colleges to position and develop, which is useful to grasp the opportunities and challenges of development and survive in a competitive environments. This paper, by analyzing the case of Hunan First Normal School, should present the opportunities and challenges for these colleges, state the ideology of running school and summarize the methods adopted and achievements after up gradation.更多还原
