【Abstract】 The survey shows that the teachers’ quality building of colleges and universities in China have made great achievements, but some problems which can’t be ignored still exist. The institute of higher education should establish scientific development viewpoint, deepen the understanding, structure the system of teacher continuing education by setting up the policy mechanism of the quality building of teachers, improve teacher’s ideological and political work , enhance faithfully the quality bulding of teachers.更多还原
