【摘要】 目的　探讨特异性神经元抗 - Hu抗体对小细胞肺癌 (SCL C)早期诊断的价值。方法　采用亲合免疫细胞组织化学 ABC法、蛋白免疫印迹法 (Western blot)对 6 8例 SCL C患者的血清进行检测 ,分析其临床意义。结果　(1 )亲合免疫细胞组织化学 ABC法在约 4 0 %不伴神经系统副肿瘤综合征 (PNSNS)的 SCL C患者血清中检测出特异性神经元抗体 ,滴度为 1∶ 1 0 0 0至 1∶ 6 0 0 0 ;在约 83%伴 PNSNS的 SCL C患者血清中检测出特异性神经元抗体 ,滴度为 1∶ 1 0 0 0至 1∶ 6 4 0 0 0 ;(2 ) Western blot在不伴 PNSNS的 SCL C患者血清中检测出 1例可识别正常人大脑神经元细胞核提取物中分子量为 35～ 4 0 KD蛋白和 4 0 KD的 Hu D克隆纯化蛋白抗原 ;在伴 PNSNS的 SCL C患者血清中检测出 5例可识别上述蛋白抗原 ;(3)正常人血清中未检测出特异性神经元抗体。结论　特异性神经元抗 - Hu抗体对小细胞肺癌的早期诊断具有重要意义。可以作为早期筛选小细胞肺癌的一项指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the early diagnosis value of specific neuronal anti Hu antibody in small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods 68 small cell lung cancer patients(66 limited,2 unlimited) were eligible in the study.Specific neuronal anti Hu antibody was detected by immunohistochemistry ABC methods and western bolt before discussing its clinical value.Results (1)The sera of 40%(25/62) patients of A group reacted with the frozen sections of human erbera and stained with indirect immunoperxisase methods at the final dilutions of 1∶1000 to 1∶6000;the sera of 83% patients(5/6) of B group reacted at the final dilutions of 1∶1000 to 1∶64000;(2)With western blot analysis the specific neuronal anti Hu antibody sera identified several bands of approximately 35 to 40 KD of nuclei exact and 40 KD of HuD clone protein.Only one patient of A group was dectected,5 patients of B group were detected;(3)Specific neuronal antibody was not detected in normal control group.Conclusion (1) Specific neuronal anti Hu anti body at high tites can be found in patients with only SCLC without PNSNS;(2)Specific neuronal anti Hu anti body may be a new factor for use in the early diagnosis of SCLC.更多还原
