精制饱和电解食盐水中痕量元素的ICP-MS测定研究

【摘要】 文章介绍了精制饱和食盐水中Ca、Mg、Fe、Sr、Ni、Mn、Ba、Al八种痕量杂质元素含量的测定方法。食盐水经螯合树脂分离富集后,排除了氯化钠基体的干扰,大大降低了测定过程中的离子强度,可用ICP-MS质谱仪进行测定。采用内标法有效地补偿了因接口效应及仪器波动所导致的测定灵敏度的影响。该方法加标回收率是80.2%~104.2%,相对标准偏差RSD是3.5%~6.5%,检测限是0.006μg/L~0.097μg/L,可用于饱和食盐水及海水、盐湖水中痕量的杂质金属元素含量测定。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the determination of trace Ca、Mg、Sr、Ba、Mn、Al、Ni、Fe in refined salt water by ICP-MS.Through the process of chelating resin exchange reaction,the matrix of sodium chloride was separated,but this analytical elements were enrichment.Ion intensities during an ICP-MS measurement are decreased greatly.The influence of mass spectrometry interference has been corrected by selecting different isotopes;By adding internal standard element(45Sc、115In),it has corrected the effects of interface and the fluctuate of instrument efficiently.The recoveries for spiking sample is 80.2%~104.2%,the relative standard deviation is 3.5%~6.5%,The detection limit is 0.006μg/L~0.097μg/L.The technique Reported herein gives low detection limits and a good recovery for ultra-trace metallic determination of refined saturation salt water.The proposed method can be also used in the trace metal analysis in highly concentrated brine solutions and seawater.
