【Abstract】 Aiming at practice convenience, application, and based on measuring error theory, it analyses qualitatively the measures to decrease the area of error oval, and suggests deternining the directions of long and short axis of mean square error oval by means of simply and easily plotting, applying the direction of the short axle to avoid danger.更多还原
