国际海运危险货物规则在海事管理中执行的探讨

【摘要】 此文介绍了国际海运危险货物规则的修正及强制执行情况,并就该规则在我国海事管理中执行情况进行了分析和探讨,指出了国内配套立法对国际公约和规则实施的重要性。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the amendmentand mandatory edition of IMDG Code and analysesthe enforcement of IMDG CODE in maritime admin-istration of China, emphasized the importance of thecivil legislation in the implementing of the conven-tions.
