山梨醇铁合成工艺的改进
The Melioration of Compound Technics of Iron sorbit
【摘要】 山梨醇铁是三价铁、山梨醇与柠檬酸的胶体络合物,以前的合成工艺消耗大量的糊精,为了降低山梨醇铁的毒性,需要用甲醇和乙醇进行精制。对其合成工艺进行了改进,在合成过程中取消了甲醇、乙醇与糊精,降低了成本,减少了对环境的污染和防爆要求,产品质量符合要求。
【Abstract】 Iron sorbit is colloid clathrate,it is formed by Fe3+,adicity sorbierite and citric acid.Previous compound technics consumed a lot of dextrin,and in order to depleting the toxicity of iron sorbit ,we need use methanol and ethanol for refining it.We concelled methanol , ethanol and dextrin in the process of amelioration so as to deplete cost .decrease pollution to en-viorment and prevent from blasting,so that the quality of product would accord with request needed.
