【Abstract】 The reasons for the difficulty of college graduates to be employed under the background of popular higher education are analyzed. It is thought that the factors that influence college students’ employment include the students’ own concept of employment, their psychological reasons and social and economic reasons. To solve these problems, college graduates should form a correct view of employment and brave the fierce competition on the job market. Meanwhile, the society should create a good outside job environment for them, and colleges and universities should further strengthen the students’ moral education and guide them properly in job hunting.更多还原
