【摘要】 以高校学术期刊的发展为大背景 ,从谋略的角度 ,对其施谋的主体、对象、目的、焦点进行了深入探讨 ,指出了高等学校学术期刊发展 ,施谋主体要充分明确学术刊物的目标定位和高度重视学术的原创 ,施谋对象要加大对高校学报的经济投入和注重栏目的合理设置。与此同时 ,还要注意分析其施谋的目的与焦点 ,并选择对全局最有意义的突破口 ,全面提高学术刊物的质量 ,进而实现对高校学术刊物学术地位的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In respect to the development of academic journals in colleges and universities, the subject, object, aim and focus of the development strategy are discussed in this paper. As is argued therein, the strategic subject should have a clear understanding of the goal setting of his journal and attach great importance to academic originality. The strategic object should increase economic investment on journals and pay attention to the reasonable construction of different columns. Meanwhile, great attention should be paid to strategic aim and strategic focus so that the most significant breakthrough can be spotted. In this case, the quality of academic journal in colleges and universities can be improved in an all-around way, and the academic level of the journals can be upgraded.更多还原
