【摘要】 以市售安琪高活性面包酵母为酵母菌株,通过液体发酵生产酵母,用热水抽提法从中提取还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),并用碘量法测定,确定生产还原型谷胱甘肽的最佳工艺参数,结果表明GSH最佳生长工艺参数为:摇床速度180r/min、培养温度29℃、培养时间60h、蔗糖加入量20g/1000mL,其它成分按PDA培养基操作。按以上工艺参数制备1000mL培养基,获得干酵母4.0421g,得GSH粗制品45.9516mg,GSH得率0.14%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Glutathione is extracted using Angel instant dry yeast, produced by liquid ferment, as the basic material. The iodine method is adopted to determine its content and the optimum conditions of GSH production are obtained as follows: the rotating speed of 180 r/min, the growing temperature of 29 ℃, the time of 60 h and the sucrose of 20 g/1 000 mL. The other factors are decided in accordance with the liquid fermented. Following the above the parameters, we have got 4042 1 g of yeast and 45951 6 mg of glutathione from 1 000 mL fermented liquid with the yield rate of 014%.更多还原
