【摘要】 基于PLC的控制系统 ,研制了熔塑钢管切割设备。介绍了该新型实用设备的基本构成、工艺流程及其控制系统。运行结果表明 ,熔塑钢管切割设备具有切口整齐、定尺精确、可靠性高、响应速度快、生产效率高、产品质量好等特点 ,方便了生产过程的控制和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 It manufactures cutting unit for melting plastic steel pipe based on the PLC control system.It describes the basic structure,flow chart and its control system of the new type of cutting unit.Operation result shows that melting plastic steel pipe’s cutting unit has the features of cutting trimness,fixed length accuracy,high reliability,fast response speed,high production efficiency and good product quality,etc..and easy production process and control and management.更多还原
