【Abstract】 Sine the 1850’s, there’re. lots of crises around our border regions. Under the pressure of the holder’s crises and inland population, the Qing Dynasty and the latter Republic of China (1912- 1949)took their turns to carry out a policy of migration,so that the gap of the population between the inland and the border was changed.The Imigration of the population in the borders constructs a strong defence lineto resist the foreign invasion;promotes the economic development and the strength of the national defence; accelerates the establishment of the new administrative government there in order to increase the national controlling power; and promotes the communication and fusion a-mong the nations to strengthen the Chinese people’s condensing power.更多还原
