水溶液法合成HEC-g-(AM-AA)/SiO2高吸水性树脂
Study on HEC-g-(AM-AA)/SiO2 superabsorbent resin by aqueous solution polymerization
【摘要】 以过硫酸钾为引发剂 ,N ,N 亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,采用水溶液聚合法制备交联型HEC g (AM AA) /SiO2 高吸水性树脂。研究了羟乙基纤维素与单体总量的比例、单体间配比、硅溶胶用量和反应时间、温度对树脂吸水率的影响。用红外光谱表征树脂的结构 ,热重分析测定树脂的热稳定性 ,力学性能分析表征树脂的拉伸强度。结果表明 ,制得的高吸水性树脂吸蒸馏水达 86 7g/g ,吸NaCl溶液 (质量分数为 0 9% )达 10 2 g/g。同时表明 ,引入硅溶胶提高了吸水树脂的热稳定性和强度
【Abstract】 High water-absorbent HEC-g-(AM-AA)/SiO 2 was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization using potassium persulfate as initiator, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker. The effects of HEC-to-monomer ratio, AM-to-AA ratio, the amount of silica sol, reaction time and reaction temperature on the water absorbency were investigated. The structure, thermal stability and tensile strength were characterized by FTIR, TGA and tensile machine respectively. The result showed that the resin can absorb 869g distilled water and 102g NaCl solution [w (NaCl) = 0.9%] per gram. Meanwhile, the result indicated that thermal stability and strength can be improved by introducing silica sol.
