【Abstract】 Yttrium oxide nanopowders were prepared by roasting Y 2(CO 3) 3 precursor synthesized with very fine crystalline gain by using YCl 3 and Na 2CO 3, then the precursor was roasted at 700℃ for 1h. The obtained sample’s microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analysis. The results show the diameter of the particles is in a very narrow dimensional rang of 50 nm.更多还原
