论我国法律援助制度的完善

【摘要】 中国现行法律援助制度在援助模式、援助经费、受援对象、援助者及运作程序等方面均存在一些弊端,本文就其完善提出了若干设想。

【Abstract】 The development of the legal aid in China has undergone a process from 1994. It has some defects in the mode, the funds, the object, the lawyer and the working procedure of aid. This article puts forward several suggestions in perfection of the legal aid of our country.
