车载制氢低温变换催化剂
LOW TEMPERATURE WATER GAS SHIFT CATALYSTS FOR ONBOARD HYDROGEN PRODUCTION
【摘要】 分别采用共沉淀法和尿素合成法制备了Cu-Mn和Cu-La-Ce低温变换催化剂,考察了不同催化剂制备条件、停车条件以及氧冲击对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,洗涤充分的CuMn2催化剂活性较高,尿素合成法制得的5.6%Cu-10.4%La-Ce催化剂几乎没有活性。停车时,催化剂与外界空气隔绝可以维持其活性,反之,则衰减。CuMn2的抗氧冲击性能优于传统的低温变换催化剂。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the Cu-Mn and Cu-La-Ce catalysts were prepared by the co-precipitation and ureagelation co-precipitation respectively. The effects of different shutdown conditions on the following activity were investigated. The results showed that the washed sufficient sample designated CuMn2 was the most active, and Cu-La-Ce showed almost no activity. Meanwhile the shutdown conditions had a great influence on its activity. If the catalysts bed was isolated from the outlet atmosphere, the high activity kept well for 3 cycles, otherwise, the activity decreased. Moreover, the ability of CuMn2 resisting oxygen-impact was superior to the commercialized low temperature WGS catalyst B206.
