催化加氢合成对氨基苯甲酰谷氨酸新工艺
New Synthesis of P-Amino-benzoyl Glutamic Acid by Catalytically Hydrogenation
【摘要】 以对硝基苯甲酰谷氨酸为原料,用RaneyNi为催化剂加氢合成对氨基苯甲酰谷氨酸,最佳反应条件是:催化剂用量为总投料质量的10%;用氨水调pH,体系pH=7.5;反应温度85℃,催化剂可循环套用6次;产品收率≥90.5%,质量分数≥98%。
【Abstract】 The best conditions to synthesize p-amino-benzoyl glutamic acid by hydrogenation from nitro-benzoyl glutamic acid over Raney Ni catalyst are as follows:catalyst amount should be 10%based on total feed,pH is adjusted with ammoniac liquor,pH in the system is 7.5,reactio temperature is 85℃,Catalyst can be recycled 6 times,yield of the product is≥90.5%,and mass fraction≥98.%.
