反相微乳液-重结晶法制备纳米黑索今的工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了用反相微乳液-重结晶法制备纳米黑索今(RDX)的工艺。根据反相微乳液制备纳米材料的特点和原则,优化了微乳液配制的条件。通过分析本实验制备纳米黑索今方法的特殊性,利用微乳液相界面膜理论,改变了纳米粉体的收集方法,并优化了条件,使获得的纳米粉体的平均粒径更小(约 10nm)。

【Abstract】 The arts of the preparation of nanometer hexogen (RDX) by re-crystallization in reverse micro emulsion were studied. According to the characteristics and rules of preparation of nanometer materials by the method of micro emulsions, the conditions were optimized in the preparation of the reverse micro emulsions. After the particularity of the method of preparation of nanometer RDX being analyzed, the new method of the collection of powdery nanometer RDX was gained by the use of the relative theory of phase interface membrane. Under the optimized condition, the average diameter of the collected powder RDX was smaller (10nm or so) than before and proved by TEM.
