雷管抗过载能力的安全性试验评价
Test and Evaluation of Safety of Detonator in Shock Environments
【摘要】 本文采用Hopkinson杆应力波加载技术,对两种引信用小雷管在高加速度环境下的安全性进行了评价。针对雷管的输入端和输出端两个轴向方向和一个径向方向进行过载试验,在10万个加速度g和16万个加速度g的冲击加载环境下,分别测定雷管的抗结构失稳和抗自身质量惯性的安全性。试验表明:雷管抗轴向冲击的能力高于抗径向冲击的能力,并且雷管结构失稳是导致雷管在冲击环境下不安定的主要原因;雷管抗质量惯性的能力远高于抗结构失稳的能力。
【Abstract】 A Hopkinson pressure bar technique was used to evaluate the safety of two types of small detonators used in fuse in high acceleration environments. The safety of detonators due to failure and mass inertial were tested at 100 000g and 1 600 000g of acceleration respectively in two axial directions and one cross direction, which are input direction, output direction and cross direction. Test results showed that the shock safety of detonator in axial direction is higher than that in cross direction, and the structure failure of detonator is a principle factor to induce unsafety in shock environments. The safety induced by inertial mass is much higher than that by structure failure.
