霍普金森杆测量火工品过载情况的研究与数值模拟
Study on the Measurement of Over-loaded Initiator by Hopkinson Bar and Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 火工品动态着靶的过载问题直接影响火工品在发射和动态着靶时的安全性和可靠性。本文提出了霍普金森压杆测试火工品的动态过载能力的新技术,并且对这项试验技术进行数值模拟,验证了本试验一系列结论,证明了本测试方法的可行性,可以为制定新的火工品的安全性和可靠性评价方法提供依据。
【Abstract】 The over-loaded problems of initiator have direct influence upon its security and reliability, esp. in the case of emission and dynamic impacts. The new technique to measure the dynamic over-loaded capability by Hopkinson bar device is presented. The numerical simulation of the technique is processed and a serial of solutions from the technique are confirmed. The feasibility of this experiment is proved, thus simulation can provides bases for constituting new evaluation methods of security and reliability to initiator.
