【摘要】 在吸收国外先进技术的基础上,经过小试和中试,研制了大型水平管喷淋式蒸发器(单台传热面积250m2),经过生产实践,证明该型号的蒸发器是先进的、可靠的。以安徽造纸厂为例,进行了应用结果分析,经测试:总传热系数为12357～14779 kJ/(m2·h·K),蒸发强度平均为20.88Kg/m2·h(黑液浓度由7%蒸浓到53%),并且具有良好的防垢和除垢性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The large scale spraying-film evaporator with heat-transfer area of 250m2 was developed through pilot scale, andthe advantage of foreign spraying-film evaporator were adopts. The industrial scale trials were proved that the new designedspraying-film evaporator has extremely high evaporating capacity, high heat-transfer coefficient, if some scales formed whichwas easily to be removed. The mean of evaporation intensity for black liquor from wheat straw pulping process could reach upto 20.88 kg/m2·h, heat-transfer coefficient could reach up to 12357～14779 kJ/(m2·h·K).更多还原
