生物催化羰基不对称还原合成手性醇的研究及应用进展
Progress of Asymmetric Reduction of Carbonyl Compounds to Chiral Alcohol with Biocatalysis
【摘要】 综述了国内外利用生物催化羰基的不对称还原合成手性醇的研究情况。介绍了生物催化各类潜手性羰基化合物不对称还原的原理、菌种的筛选 ,以及生物催化不对称还原各类羰基化合物的实例
【Abstract】 The synthesis of chiral compounds has become a hot field in organic synthesis. Biotransformation is probably one of the most promising techniques in the asymmetric synthesis. The advances in asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones to chiral alcohols with biocatalysis are reviewed. The principle of asymmetric reduction of carbonyl compounds, methodologies of screening biocatalysts and examples of practical applications are presented.
