【摘要】 介绍了季铵型阳离子淀粉的湿法生产工艺 ,着重讨论了合成反应过程中催化剂用量、醚化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对取代度和反应效率的影响。淀粉用量为 10 0kg ,醚化剂CHPT用量为 5 2kg ,催化剂用量为 2 6kg ,淀粉乳浓度 5 8% ,氢氧化钠水溶液浓度 5 0 %、反应温度 5 0℃、反应时间 15h。在此条件下 ,取代度可达 0 0 2 6 8,反应效率达 80 %以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synthesis technology of quaternary ammonium type cationic starch by using the wet process is introduced. The effect of amounts of the etherification agent, the catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time on the degree of substitution and reaction efficiency was emphatically discussed, under conditions: starch 100 kg, etherification agent CHPT5.2 kg, catalyst 2.6 kg , the most preferable synthesis process is consistence of starch solution 58%,sodium hydroxide solution 50%,reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 15 h, the product with 0.0268 degree of substitution was obtained.
